Anita K. Sharma is the founder and managing partner of Sharma Law, a New York based law firm specializing in entertainment law, digital talent representation, intellectual property, production legal services, and corporate + commercial law. Touting a client roster of more than 45 digital media talents and influencers, Anita and her team have been at the forefront of digital media dealmaking since 2013.
Taking a modern and innovative approach to entertainment law, Sharma Law is committed to providing practical legal advice that enables enhanced creative freedom and control on the part of the client. As a film school graduate and film producer, Anita’s firsthand industry experience gives her a unique perspective and skill set that few entertainment attorneys have. Ben is an entertainment and intellectual property attorney with experience in IP litigation and entertainment transactions. Building on prior experience in the music industry, Ben worked with several boutique entertainment firms during law school and completed a fellowship with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Prior to joining Sharma Law, Ben represented clients in intellectual property matters in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He primarily focuses on negotiating endorsement, sponsorship, and licensing agreements for the firm’s roster of digital content creators and social media influencers in addition to assessing and protecting their intellectual property rights.
Cami Kinahan, Esq.

Cami Kinahan, Esq., Of Counsel to the firm of Sharma Law PLLC, has extensive experience in entertainment law, specifically in production and transactional matters. She previously practiced for twenty years as in-house counsel in both legal and business affairs positions at Fox, HBO, Paramount and Lionsgate. While practicing law, Cami is currently studying film & television development and producing at UCLA. Member of California Bar and New York State Bar.
Anthony Middleton DiIonno, Esq.

Anthony Middleton DiIonno’s practice is focused on entertainment and intellectual property matters. Anthony has substantial experience representing clients in entertainment, music, gaming, fashion, publishing and hospitality. He is well-versed in trademark law, counseling and prosecution, data privacy and corporate law. As a former member of the major-label band “Armor for Sleep,” Anthony offers clients invaluable firsthand experience as an artist.
Anthony received his B.A., with honors, from New York University studying the Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
